Throughout our careers we’ve always had a strong drive to ensure that the people around us are being treated fairly, by their leaders, their colleagues and by their employer. As engineers and technical leaders, we’ve turned this drive into practice in different ways, but we’ve always wanted to do more.

Ensuring people are compensated fairly, based on objective, clear and non-discriminatory criteria, has been a real challenge in all organizations we’ve been part of. With Valuable, we are doing something real and concrete about it!
