Why Valuable?
Employees and job applicants increasingly prioritize compensation transparency when selecting, and remaining at, their employer. Compensation should be clear and fair, and many employers do not meet the expectations of their employees.
Valuable helps employers systematically select and define what the organization sees as valuable, the skills and traits that employees have that contributes to these values, and bring everything together in a model that can fairly and transparently calculate the level of compensation for each employee (and even prospective job applicants) in a way that both employees and employers understands and trusts the process.
